Terms of Service

Welcome to the ZhiShuYun SaaS platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZhiShuYun regarding your use of the platform services. Please read them carefully. By registering for or using our services, you indicate that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

1. Service Description

ZhiShuYun is an enterprise-grade SaaS platform providing product anti-counterfeiting traceability, anti-diversion management, QR code marketing, data dashboards, AI intelligent risk control, blockchain notarization, and other services. We deliver these services to enterprise customers through a multi-tenant architecture and continuously iterate and optimize product features. We reserve the right to update service content and features as business needs evolve. Material changes will be communicated in advance through platform announcements, email, or other means.

2. Account Management

You shall provide true, accurate, and complete registration information when registering and promptly update and maintain such information. You bear legal responsibility for all activities conducted under your account and shall properly safeguard your account and password. If you discover any unauthorized account use or security vulnerabilities, please notify us immediately. Losses caused by your own failure to protect your account credentials or by account use by others shall be your responsibility.

3. Service Fees

The platform offers a Basic plan that is permanently free. The Standard and Enterprise plans are charged on a monthly/annual basis. Code volume follows cumulative tiered pricing. Specific pricing is displayed in real-time on the official pricing page (/en/pricing). We reserve the right to reasonably adjust prices in response to market conditions and business developments. Any price changes will be communicated to paying users 30 days in advance through platform announcements and email. Codes purchased prior to a price change remain unaffected and valid.

4. Data Ownership and Security

All business data generated during your use of the services (including but not limited to product information, traceability node data, scan records, marketing campaign data, etc.) is owned by you. We will not use your business data for any purpose not authorized by you, nor will we disclose your business data to third parties. After service termination, you may export your data within a reasonable period. Data retained beyond that period will be thoroughly purged in accordance with data security standards.

5. Usage Restrictions

You undertake not to use the platform for any activities that violate laws and regulations, including but not limited to: generating or disseminating illegal information, infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others, interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the platform, or engaging in any form of fraudulent conduct. Upon discovery of any violation, we have the right to take measures including suspending services and terminating accounts, and reserve the right to pursue legal liability. You shall bear corresponding liability for any losses to the platform caused by your violations.

6. Service Availability

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the services and commit to annual system availability of no less than 99.9% (SLA). In the event of service interruptions due to system maintenance, network failures, force majeure, or other causes, we will promptly notify you and make best efforts to restore services. If services are unavailable beyond the SLA standard due to our fault, we will provide corresponding service period extensions as compensation based on interruption duration.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time in response to changes in laws and regulations or business development needs. Updated terms will be published on the platform, and material changes will be notified through announcements or email. Your continued use of the services after terms are updated constitutes your agreement to the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, please discontinue use of the services and proceed with account cancellation as agreed.
