It must also meet recall traceability requirements under the Defective Auto Product Recall Management Regulations. ZhiShuYun supports full-lifecycle serial number traceability meeting OEM and Tier 1 supplier audit requirements.
Different parts (brake pads, filters, tires) vary greatly in size, material, and packaging, requiring flexible coding methods. Small parts can use pre-printed labels (as small as 15mm×15mm). Large parts can use laser marking or metal nameplates. The system supports unified coding rules and a unified data platform — different coding methods converge into one traceability platform.
